Spain has one of the most dynamic golf industries in Europe, not in vain is one of the favourite destinations of British, Nordic and Central European golfers. Spain holds almost four hundred golf courses, many of them world-class resorts continually looking for the best suppliers as well as innovative products and services that allow them to stand out from their competitors.

We are the source of professional information favorite by a large number of decision makers in the golf industry in Spain. We generate, edit, publish and disseminate contents specifically created for them such as news, reports, interviews and other interesting pieces, both own contents and corporate information from our sponsors and partners. We also manage the largest suppliers directory in the Spanish golf industry which contains about 1,200 companies profiles distributed in almost 40 sections that reflect almost all activity of a golf facility.

Our main readers, visitors and subscribers are Spanish golf courses owners, Spanish golf club directors, Spanish head greenkeepers (AKA superintendents), Spanish golf academy directors, Spanish golf shop managers, Spanish golf sector entrepreneurs, Spanish businessmen from related sectors (tourism, hospitality, sports, events, etc.), all of them professionals with responsibility profiles within their facilities. We believe that we reach more than 90 % of golf facilities and golf companies in Spain thanks to the actions developed on our website (which reaches 10,000 visits per month) and disseminated through social media (which bring together about 17,000 followers) and our biweekly newsletter (which has almost 12,000 subscribers).

Every single company or professional which has interest in being known by professionals in Spanish golf industry can be listed in our directory for free just sending us three basic issues from their business -contact details, product/activity summary and one product/activity image-. The website golfindustria is coordinated by Alejandro Nagy, independent consultant in the golf industry since 2006. During this time he has participated in several projects such as the Official Bid of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation for the 2018 Ryder Cup in Madrid, the Special Territorial Plan of Golf Courses of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, the initial stage of the ‘BioGolf Project’ of the Community of Madrid and the development of environmental management systems in various golf resorts and in construction companies and maintenance of golf courses. During the last years he has combined stages of independent consulting with periods of work as manager of the Canarian Golf Federation and as territorial delegate of a construction company specializing in environmental projects.

He is also an Accredited Verifier of the Golf Environment Organization (GEO), having taken courses and practices in golf facilities in the United States, England, Scotland, Italy and Portugal. He has published several articles in magazines such as the Spanish edition of Golf Digest magazine and Golf Course Architecture magazine, as well as has collaborated punctually in various online publications. He has also published the ‘Environmental Management Guide in golf facilities’ and has collaborated in several radio and television programs as well as developed presentations in specialized forums and congresses. On the other hand, he has been an amateur golf player for more than 25 years, currently a proud single digit golfer.
